Paul Barresi is known for military sex movies. This is now (seemingly) without exception, and the usual Barresi trademarks are all here. The cast is a nice mix of butch, dominant, early-to-mid 30s guys (West, Kroner) and nubile, barely legal twinks (Windsor, De'Ferr). Though not as polished or well done as some of his other videos, Army Brats and Brass Hats is still an ambitious little film.
