Opening Your Account
Fill out the online form to create an account. Membership is free.

Rental and payment
Checkout the movies using the shopping cart. A valid VISA or MasterCard is required. The DVDs will arrive by mail. After 7 days, return the movies in the pre-paid mailer. The total will be billed to your credit card. A customer representative may email/call you to confirm your order.

Returning Your Movies
You will ALWAYS have a minimum of 7 days to enjoy your rentals. Drop the movies into a mailbox 7 full days AFTER the day you receive it. If your order has been delayed in shipment for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to adjust your return date. If you keep the rentals for more than 7 days, (by postmark on the return envelope) you maybe charged for the extended rental time at the regular rate of $3.99/week upto the maximum of the purchase price of the used DVD plus applicable taxes.

ALWAYS keep the original pre-paid mailer intact. It will be used to return your movies back to us.

Rent to Own
If you would like to own one of the movies that you have rented, please email us. We will charge the difference between the purchase price and rental price, plus taxes to your credit card. Keep the movie you like, and if there are other movies on the same order, please return them in the pre-paid mailer.

Buy Used
Rental titles are available for purchase. For your privacy, the movies will ship discreetly WITHOUT the DVD covers/jewel case. If you would like the case and artwork for your collection, please include the comment **include case and artwork** during checkout. There is no cost difference for including the case and artwork.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders usually ship within the next business day.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock - you will be notified by email and it will be the sent to you when it is restocked from a rental order. You may notify us by email if you would rather choose another movie instead.

All orders are shipped using Canada Post Letter Mail (Free shipping). Items are shipped in plain white/brown envelopes, with no visible artwork.

We only ship to Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Payment
We accept VISA or MasterCard. You must be 18 years of age to place an order.

Sales Tax
GST/HST is charged on all orders. PST applies only to Ontario residents.
