Does the due date mean it has to be received by you?
No, the due date is when you put it in the mail, it will be stamped with the date by the post office (that is the postmark).
Will I get an email confirming that my returned movies were received?
Yes, you will get an e-mail from us confirming that it was received.
What if I want to keep the movie from a rental, do I pay full price or the used price?
If you wish to keep the movie you would be paying the used price for the movie minus the rental price. For example: BUY_USED $19.99 - $3.99 = $16.00 + tax.
...do I get credited for the price of the rental?
Yes. We call it "Rent-To-Own". See the previous question.
What if I want the packaging?
If you want the packaging just e-mail us and we will send it out to you. (Or add this comment during checkout **include case and artwork**).
Do you ship to a PO Box? Can I have these movies sent to another address?
Yes. As long as that address is on file with your credit card company. We need to verify that the address is not fraudulent.
Do you ship to the US?
We can, but you need to contact us by email first (please include your name/address). We will setup a special account for you. And remember, shipping is free, but it takes more time to the US.
One of the DVDs came broken. Now what?
Email us. We'll send a replacement or give you a credit.
My order has not arrived.
Email us. We'll know to change your due date, or if it is "lost in the mail", send you a replacement or credit you.

I just returned the movies I had out and was wondering if I had to wait until you recieved them to order more?
You are welcome to order more movies right away. You don't have to wait for them to get back to us.
Why do you send so many discs in one envelope. Why not one DVD/envelope?
To avoid breakage. The mail can crack unprotected discs. It's really bad in the winter.
How do I return them? Just send them off in the mail to the return address?
When you receive them, you will find a postage prepaid return envelope. Just seal it up when it's time, and drop them in the mail.
I am late in returning the latest rental DVDs.
