Buy_Used items are shipped discreetly WITHOUT the DVD covers/jewel case. If you would like the case and artwork for your collection, please include the comment **include case and artwork** during checkout. Free shipping.
We only ship to Canada, including the territories. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Returns
If you have any problems with your order, contact us (support@avica.ca) and we will gladly provide an exchange or refund. Please include the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label and on any correspondence / packing slip.
You can enjoy your rentals for 7 days. They are due 7 days after you receive them. Please use the postage prepaid return envelopes. If your order has been delayed in shipment for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to adjust your return date. If you keep the rentals for more than 7 days, (by postmark on the return envelope) you maybe charged for the extended rental time at the regular rate of $3.99/week upto the maximum of the purchase price of the used DVD plus applicable taxes.
We DO NOT ship orders to anyone under the age of 18.
